How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you finish completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email for your purchase. Make sure you provide us a valid email address. 

How do I know what size to order?

At the bottom of the home page we have a sizing information link for a general size guide. Different brands may run differently in size so on specific items we will give details on sizing if we believe it runs differently. 

How can I buy a gift card online?

On our home page towards the bottom we have a link to purchase gift cards. When you purchase a gift card, a code will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout. This is the code you will need to use the gift card on our site. The gift card code can be used by you or you can send the code to someone else to use by clicking the button that says "I want to send this as a gift" and providing us their email. There is no expiration date for the gift cards. 

How can I apply my gift card or promo code when checking out?

When you go to checkout, there should be a place where you can enter the code. If it does not show up for you feel free to contact us with the email we provide in the "Contact Us" tab

Does your boutique offer refunds?

We only offer Store Credit. For more information please see the "Return Policy"  tab at the bottom of the main page.

What if I receive an item that got damaged during shipping?

Email the address provided in the "Contact Us" tab and describe the issue and provide photos of it and we will get back to you soon.
